Faith is an artist with a rich artistic lineage, having inherited a passion for art from her mother. For the past four years Faith has lived in Bali, collaborating with the Balinese community to create custom, one-of-a-kind silk kaftans, kimonos, and robes. Utilizing an ancient batik process, they apply wax to fabric to craft unique pieces of wearable art, embodying the essence of slow fashion. Bringing this distinctive art form back to her hometown of Kansas City is a dream come true. Faith is thrilled to share the beauty and tradition of Balinese craftsmanship with her art to a broader audience through her business, Batika.
